shows another soldier in same scene

Scene Number: 15
Subject: Shot showing presence and absence of holes for metal attachments
Spiral & Panel Number: 3a
Drum Number(s): 2-3
Subject Description: _
Subject Keywords: _
Tool & Technical Description: The drilled holes in the fists of the first two soldiers advancing across the bridge at the lower left were apparently intended for metal weapons to be inserted therein. However, the soldier chopping wood in the foreground has neither a carved axe nor holes for a metal one - note too that the relief is too low at any rate for practical insertion of metal additions. See 205.1502 for another soldier from the same scene who does have holes drilled for a metal axe.
